Easy One Cup Slice
- • 1 cup of sugar
- • 1 cup of Self Raising Flour
- • 1 cup of coconut
- • 1 cup of any dried fruit, nuts, choc bits you have on hand (any combination)
- • 1 egg
- • ½ cup of milk
- • 120g butter, melted
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- Add the beaten egg, milk, and melted butter.
- Mix well and spread evenly into lined and greased slice tin.
- Bake at 180ºC for 25-30mins
- Sliced when cooled.
