Rosie’s Easy Peasy Chocolate Slice
- 90g melted butter
- 1 cup crushed biscuits
- 1 1/2 cups choc bits
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped mixed nuts
- 1 can condensed milk
- Line a slab tin (lamington tin) with paper bake.
- Pour the melted butter evenly across the bottom of the pan.
- Then sprinkle over the crushed biscuits, choc bits, coconut and mixed nuts.
- Pour the condensed milk all over the top.
- Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
- Be careful not to over cook.
