Rosie’s Easy Peasy Chocolate Slice image


  • 90g melted butter
  • 1 cup crushed biscuits
  • 1 1/2 cups choc bits
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped mixed nuts
  • 1 can condensed milk


  • Line a slab tin (lamington tin) with paper bake.
  • Pour the melted butter evenly across the bottom of the pan.
  • Then sprinkle over the crushed biscuits, choc bits, coconut and mixed nuts.
  • Pour the condensed milk all over the top.
  • Bake in a moderate oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Be careful not to over cook.
